We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Foreign Trade Sales professional to expand our international customer base. You will manage end-to-end sales processes—from lead generation to order fulfillment—while maintaining long-term relationships with global clients. This role demands strong communication skills, market insight, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll have the opportunity to represent RapidDirect in overseas markets and contribute directly to our global growth strategy.
Manage incoming leads and inquiries through the company’s proprietary platform (similar to an independent website).
Develop new customer relationships using Google, social media, and international trade show channels.
Close deals and follow up with clients to ensure order fulfillment.
Work with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues for clients.
Bachelor’s degree or above, proficient in English (CET-6 or above).
At least 1 year of experience in foreign trade sales.
Familiar with Google and social media marketing for customer outreach.
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Passionate and target-driven, with the ability to work under pressure.
