Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing complex manufacturing projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with customers, design teams, and production engineers to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and cost objectives. This role requires strong technical background, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You’ll act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct technical and quality evaluations of suppliers.
Review new project orders and provide technical support to the sales team.
Provide production support and ensure technical requirements are met.
Coordinate with procurement for supplier selection, pricing, and delivery management.

Requirements

Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mold Design, or related fields, with a driver’s license.
Proficiency in 2+ 3D CAD software programs.
Experience with hand model and CNC machining processes, familiar with post-processing and quality standards.
2-4 years of manufacturing experience (CNC, injection molding, 3D printing, die-casting, surface treatment, QC).
Strong technical ability, project management skills, and team collaboration mindset.
