As the Regional Sales Director for the US market, you will lead business development initiatives, drive strategic partnerships, and manage key enterprise accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the manufacturing and supply chain industry, as well as proven leadership in sales management. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving ambitious revenue goals to expand RapidDirect’s presence across North America.

10+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering services, or related industries.
Proven leadership experience in sales management or regional business development.
Deep understanding of B2B industrial sales cycles and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related field.
