We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between engineering and business. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to clients, translate complex manufacturing requirements into tailored solutions, and support the full sales cycle—from prospecting to project delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure each customer receives the highest quality service and technical precision RapidDirect is known for.
Manage sales activities, from customer inquiry to project delivery.
Understand client needs and propose technical manufacturing solutions.
Handle quotations, RFQs, and follow-ups to close deals effectively.
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support business expansion by identifying and approaching potential clients.
3+ years of experience in technical or B2B sales, preferably in CNC machining, injection molding, or manufacturing industries.
Solid understanding of engineering principles and production processes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
