Join our Marketing team to lead data-driven website optimization and digital growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for improving site conversion rates, enhancing user experience, and executing multi-channel campaigns that align with RapidDirect’s global brand strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, content, and product—to build a high-performing website that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.
Plan and create content for the website, aligning with market demand and SEO strategy.
Execute on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and page structure adjustments.
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide actionable reports.
Conduct industry and competitor research to support content optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and sales to achieve marketing goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, or a related field, with CET-6 or above.
2+ years of experience in website content management or SEO, preferably in B2B or industrial manufacturing websites.
Strong English writing skills, able to independently create high-quality content.
Proficient in SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
Familiar with WordPress CMS and basic content publishing.
Basic skills in wireframing tools like Axure or Figma are a plus.
Strong communication and project management skills.
