In case you forget or lose the password to your account on our platform, simply head to the Reset Password page. Here, you can easily reset the password using the email account you registered with. Enter the email address on the page and click on “Send Email” to start the resetting process.
Once you do this, you will get an email verification code which you’ll be required to enter in the box provided under your email address. Remember to choose a unique password when setting your new password.
There is a chance that you will receive a message that says, “This account does not exist.” This means that you may be putting the wrong account name. In that case, you can try creating a new account. However, if you still find it hard to log in, contact us at [email protected].
You can also change your current account password on the Account info page. Here, we will require you to confirm your current password. Once that is done, you will have to enter your new password twice, and your reset is clear.
