The quotation process for injection molding orders follows seven simple steps:
- Request for Quote. You can submit the RFQ through our online platform by uploading the 3D CAD model and entering the project specifications.
- DFM Report. Our engineers will conduct a DFM analysis to ensure your design is optimized for injection molding production. The DFM analysis includes a review of part geometry, wall thickness, draft angles, and other design features that affect the quality and manufacturability of the parts.
- Mold Tooling Production. After the DFM analysis, our team will design and build the injection mold to your unique application needs using materials and finishes of your choice.
- T1 Sample Verification. Once the mold is built, we will produce T1 sample parts for your approval. The sample parts will be tested for quality and performance to ensure that they meet your specifications.
- Low Volume Production. Once we have completed the trial production phase and ensured the parts meet the required specifications, we move on to low-volume production. We use advanced machining techniques to manufacture the parts more efficiently during this phase.
- Delivery. We will then package the injection molded parts according to your specifications and ship them to your desired location.
