Log in to the RapidDirect Online Platform, click the “Create Team” tab on the left sidebar, and name your team. Once created, you can invite project members to share quotes, orders, and collaborate efficiently.
Yes! After logging in, your left sidebar displays all teams you’ve joined. Click any team name to switch instantly.
Only the team creator (default Admin) can add or remove members. Admins can also assign this permission to others via role settings.
Two roles are available: Admin and Contributor.
If you are the team creator, the Admin role is assigned to you by default. On the other hand, if you are invited to join the team, you will be assigned the Contributor role.
Admins have access to all the same features and actions as Contributors, but they also have additional team management capabilities. These include inviting or removing team members, viewing or canceling pending invitations, assigning roles, and deactivating, reactivating, or renaming the team.
You can also use the “Transfer Team” feature to transfer team permissions to a designated member.
Rename: Click the pencil icon next to the team name.
Deactivate: Go to Settings icon > Delete team.
Note: All quotes and orders must be removed from the team before deletion to avoid data loss.
Within the team, you can click on “My Order” to find the order you wish to view. You can download the PI or click on “Learn more.” Under the “Activity” section, you’ll find documents such as Packing Slips, Inspection Reports (if applicable), Certifications (if applicable), and more, which you can download.
Currently, all team members have access to full quote and order details, including payment information. Role-based restrictions are not yet supported.
Yes! All members can track real-time production milestones (e.g. QA updates) via the unified dashboard.
Before deleting a team, ensure all quotes/orders are “Removed from Team” (not deleted). These items remain accessible in your personal “My Quotes”, “My Orders”, or “My Molds” sections.
Upgrading Tiers: Teams advance by accumulating points from member contributions.
Downgrading Rules:
A team retains its tier for up to 2 years. After this period, it drops one tier annually unless members contribute enough points to maintain/upgrade.
Exception: The entry-level “Copper Tier” never downgrades.
